Trouble
There is no hot water whenthe hot water tap is opened
Hot water is not the righttemperature (too hot or toocold)
Possible Cause
No gas -cylinder is emptyCylinder valve is closedWater valve is closed
Power outage
Water flow is too low
Freezing temperatures
The distance from thewater heater to the outletis too long
Temperature set pointwas reset due to poweroutage
Flow is beyond thecapacity
Remedy
Refill the cylinder
Open the cylinder valveOpen the water valve
The unit requires mainspower to operate
Unit requires at least 3L/min to operate
Thaw unit or water pipesbefore teweeweerying tooperate
Allow sufficient time forthe hot water to travelfrom the water heater tothe outlet.
Power outage restoresdefault settings andcustom set points mustbe re-entered
If incoming water to theunit is very warm andthe flow is just aboveminimum requirements, the heat generated bythe burner whilstoperating at minimumcapacity can make thewater hotter thandesired.Increase the hotwater flow so that theburner system cancontrol the temperature

Hot water flow produced islower than expected
Vent system trouble
Water source isrestricted
Heat exchanger in unit isscaled
Incoming watertemperature is colderthan expected
Vent system is restrictedin some manner
Check and fully openwater inlet valve(s)
Check and clean inletwater filter. Clean heatexchanger by followingmaintenance procedure
Colder than normalincoming supply waterwill reduce the amountof hot water that can beproduced. Although theamount of heat outputfrom the unit is still at fullcapacity, you mustreduce the water flow
Check air intake andexhaust ducts to ensurethey are not damaged, corroded, blocked etc.

11.Error code description
The water heater is equipped with a self-check function and can display the water outlettemperature, various indicator symbols, and various fault codes. At the same time, whena fault occurs, the buzzer will continuously emit a "beep beep beep..' alarm sound. When the water heater displays a fault code, please refer to the following table forcorresponding troubleshooting and handling.

Error
CodeEO
E1
Indication
Output hotwater sensorfailure
lgnition failureor Accidentalflame out
Causes
Check whether the outletwater temperature sensorhas poor contact.
There's some air in gaspipe after installation
Gas valve is off
Earth wires loose or looseconnect with pulse
Gas off accidentally
PL or DH data of pulse is lowMaterial of gas pipe is rubberit bends accidentally tocause gas off
· Ignition wire connection looselgnition needles broken orscrews for fixing ignitionneedles loose cause shortcircuit
Pulse damage
Gas pressure is too high toturn on the solenoid valve
Remedy
Check the plug if connectin right way, if no,reconnect it;
Change the output hotwater sensor
Repeat ignition till all airbe out of the gas pipe
Turn on gas vale
Re connect earth wiresTo check gas pipeIf material of gas pipe isrubber, please be ensureit won't bend or there'snothing block the gas pipeInstall ignition needlesagain
Change ignition needlesor fixed the ignitionneedles again
Change the pulseChange qualified relievegas valve or reduce thegas pressure
